Who we are

Veninto is a Bluesky monitoring and reply-drafting tool for indie founders. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it. If you have questions, email hello@veninto.com.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account. Used to contact you about access and product updates.
• Bluesky account data — when you connect your Bluesky account: your handle and OAuth tokens. Tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed outside our backend.
• Keywords and product context — what you configure in the app. Used solely to operate the service for you.
• Usage data — which drafts you approve, edit, or dismiss. Used to improve draft quality for your account only.
• Anonymous analytics — page views and interactions. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

How we use it

• To operate and deliver the service
• To send you transactional emails (waitlist confirmation, access notifications)
• To improve reply quality through your approval and dismissal history
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models for any purpose other than improving your own drafts.

Who we share it with

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region where available)
• Anthropic — AI model provider used to filter mentions and draft replies. Prompts include post content and your product context. Anthropic's data retention policies apply.
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
• No other third parties receive your personal data.

Data retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure on request. Email hello@veninto.com to request deletion.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@veninto.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and do not fingerprint you or share data with ad networks.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an account. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
